Dough Moulding Compounds PH-25:The 'PH-25' represent general purpose grades of DMC. These grades find usage where moderate mechanical & electrical properties of DMC are required with good surface finish & gloss. The application areas include toaster end plates, handles of utensils, hair dryer housing etc. PH-52: The 'PH-52' represent electrical grades of DMC. These grades are used where excellent electrical properties are required in conjunction with moderate to excellent mechanical properties & excellent surface gloss & finish. The suggested applications are MCB housings, MCCB-housings, Switchgear housings, Fuse bases, Cut-outs, Bus-bar supports etc. PH-34:The 'PH-34' represent mechanical grades of DMC. We make use of these products when there is a need of excellent mechanical properties in conjunction with moderate electrical properties. The products are used in enclosures, casings for electronic & optical instruments, D.P. boxes etc.
PH-82: The 'PH-82' represent very low shrink grades of DMC with excellent surface finish, gloss & very good mechanical properties. We use these products in components which require excellent aesthetics in addition to fulfillment of functional requirements. They are used as reflector for automotive lights and other lights.
